The sounds of Tomato Junction are created entirely by one multi-instrumentalist, Astrid Zeman. Vocals, trombone, guitar and percussion are all incorporated to make music that is playful, light-hearted and a little ridiculous. The track, Salad, features English spinach salad being knocked around in a salad spinner. More fridge contents may feature in future tracks.
